Prestress is introduced into the concrete by applying tension to each axial cords 2a, 2b constituting the latticelike reinforcing cord. In this reinforcing cord 2, the fiber bundles 4 composed of a plurality of arranged continuous fibers 3 cross mutually and make a lattice shape, and each fiber 3 is said bundles 4 is stuck together with resin material 5. The sectional shape in which the fiber group 3a extending in one direction and the fiber group 3b extending in another direction meating at right angle with said fiber group 3a are laminated in three layers or more, is obtained.
