Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The surface of an electrode metal layer 13-1 of a printed resistor is made to rugged to such a degree that the average difference between its trough and ridge in level is made to be larger than 1mum. As mentioned above, the surface of the electrode metal layer is made to be rugged through a chemical or physical method, then resistive paste is printed thereon and set, wherefore the contacting area of the electrode with carbon particles contained in the printed resistor at the interface between then is made larger, so that the temporal change of a resistor in resistance value with time can be restrained.
