Abstract
PURPOSE:To uniform the temperature distribution on the surface and prevent the deterioration of a bearing part with a heat transmission restrained by forming a roll barrel with a ceramic cylindrical body and a resistance exothermicity body layer composed of a semiconductor, and providing a thermistor as well as insertingly fitting a hub member made of cermet to opening end parts via an insulation body layer. CONSTITUTION:A roll barrel part 10 is formed with a ceramic cylindrical body 11 and a resistance exothermicity body layer 12 composed of a semiconductor provided on the inner circumferential surface of the body 11, and a hub member 40 made of cermet is insertedly fitted to opening end parts of both sides of the part 10 via an insulation body layer 50. And a thermistor 20 having a positive temperature-resistance characteristic is provided to a lead wire 30, or a semiconductor forming the layer 12 is made to be a selfcontrol type semiconductor having the positive temperature- resistance characteristic. As a result, the body 11 is heated and its temperature risen from the inner circumferential surface side with the layer 12 to which electricity is supplied via the wire 30, and the approximately constant temperature of the body 11 is maintained and adjusted. And the escape of heat by heat transmission to outer parts from the part 10 can be constrained to an extremely small quantity.
