Abstract
PURPOSE:To output a signal corresponding to batch detection and a sense of a human body in thermal effect from humidity, atmospheric temperature and air current and the like, by providing a heat generating element within a hollow body having a porous cover to judge a warmth condition of the environment from a supply power to the heat generating element. CONSTITUTION:A hollow body 10 plated by a substance with a better reflectiveness to light and heat is provided with a porous cover 11 and a heat insulating case 12 is provided thereoutside. A heat generating element 8 is controlled by a control means 13 to always generate heat to a fixed temperature. A judging means 14 determines the warmth condition of the environment from a power supplied to the heat generating element from the control means 13. The use of the hollow body 10 which reflects a radiant heat while reducing air current together with the porous cover 11 makes it possible that convective and radiant heat conductivity of the heat generating element 8 almost coincides with the value of a human body. As the heat generating element is made equivalent in characteristics to the human body with respect to the humidity as well, the optimum control of an air-conditioning equipment is also possible.
