Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve an optimal control of an air-conditioning equipment, by providing in a hollow body a heat generating body adapted to perform a heat exchange with an ambient environment while supplied with a fixed power to obtain warmth sense information corresponding to a temperature sense of a human body with the measurement of the temperature thereof. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of a hollow body 11 is made reflective to light and heat as formed so that a ratio of convective heat transmission and radiant heat transmission between a heat generating element 8 and an ambient environment almost coincides with that of a human body and a porous cover 12 is provided at an open end thereof. The heat generating element 8 is supplied with a fixed power by a control means 14. As the temperature of the heat generating element 8 as measured by a thermocouple 9 is equivalent to the temperature of skin of a human body, a judging means 15 outputs information equivalent to the warmth sense of a human body generated by a atmospheric temperature, air current and radiant heat in the ambient environment. From the output, an air-conditioning equipment is controlled, thereby enabling always maintaining of the optimum environment.
