Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve an optimal control of an air-conditioning equipment from the results of judging a warmth sense of a human body, by arranging a heat generating element, as controlled to a fixed temperature, within a hollow body with a radiation factor set at 1 to measure a power supplied to the heat generating element. CONSTITUTION:A hollow body 12 with a radiation factor of an inner surface set at 1 is covered with a heat insulating case 14 while an open end thereof is done with a porous cover 13. The hollow body 12 absorbs a radiant heat to be transmitted to a heat generating body 10 while air current is reduced together with the porous cover 13 so that a convective heat conductivity and radiant heat conductivity of the heat generating element 10 almost coincide with those of a human body. The heat generating element 10 is made of material varying in the electric resistance with own temperature while being controlled to a fixed temperature by a control means 15. A judging means 16 judges the warmth sense of a human body accurately from a power supplied to the heat generating element 10 to control an air-conditioning equipment from the results of judgement.
