Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent any heating unevenness from occurring by constituting a heating device to be made up of a heat resisting tubular insulator and a heating element formed by coating electric heating material on it in porous filmy form and installing a core pipe in this tubular heading device. CONSTITUTION:A heating device 3 consists of a heat resisting tubular insulator 7 and a heating element 4 formed of coating electric heating material on at least either side of the inner circumferential surface or the outer circumferential surface, and it is made up of installing a core pipe in this tubular heating device 3. This heating element 4 is one that is made up of coating the electric heating material on a peripheral surface of the heating resisting tubular insulator 7 in filmy form, whereby generation of heat takes place superficially on this peripheral surface. And that the filmy heating element 4 is of porous filmy one in the form so that a current will not flow at the hole part, therefore it is limited to a part where no hole is formed and electric resistance comes high, generating heat so efficiently, and a flow of electricity is dispersed in response to the arrangement of holes, thus heat is generated at a heat distribution on the basis of hole arrangement. With this constitution, any heating unevenness is can be solved, and the whole furnace is made into small diametral size and miniaturizable.
