Abstract
PURPOSE:To cause the discharge of condensed water to be effectively achieved by coating the surface of a fine body with pullulan-type composition containing water soluble melamine resin, the cursing catalyst of the water soluble melamine resin, pullulan and the metallic compound forming a chelate compound coordinated with pluran. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a fin body is coated with a pullulan-type composition containing water soluble melamine resin, the curing catalyst of the water soluble melamine resin, pullulan and the metallic compound forming a chelate compound coordinated with pullulan. As the water soluble melamine resin, monomer resin and polymer resin are used, and as the curing catalyst of the water soluble melamine resin, the catalyst of ammonium salt type, the catalyst of organic amine type and the catalyst of inorganic metallic type etc. are used. Pullulan is a straight chain high molecular weight material and has the molecular structure shown by formula I. The quantative ratio of each component in the pullulan composition is about 50-200pts.wt. of pullulan per 100pts.wt. of water soluble melamine resin, and the amount of the metallic compound which is coordinated with the pullulan and form a chelate compound is about 2-10pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of pullulan. Consequently, after the condensed water has been absorbed, it may flow down quickly on the surface layer of the fin.
