出力する電流検出器と、 前記検出信号と基準信号とを比較し、前記検出
信号が前記基準信号を上回るときに過電流検知信
号を出力する過電流検知部と、 ベースが前記指令部の出力端子に接続されエミ
ツタが前記スイツチング用ＦＥＴのゲートに接続
された２個のトランジスタからなる相補形トラン
