の出力信号に応じて前記第1トランジスタをオフ
させる第3トランジスタとから成り、前記制御信
号印加時に前記第2トランジスタをオフさせて前
記コンパレータを不動作にするとともに前記負荷
の端子電圧の低下時に前記コンパレータを用いて
前記電子スイツチをオフさせることを特徴とする
