Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of an electrode by force-bonding an oxide superconductive material with metal through silver, when forming the electrode by joining the metal to the oxide superconductive material. CONSTITUTION:As an oxide superconductive material 1, a bar-shaped ceramic 1 comprised of, for example, yttrium, barium and copper oxide and a copper electrode plate 3 are polished for each end face and individual end faces are force-bonded with a thin plate 2 of silver between so as to form a material 4. Further, the shape of the silver is not limited to the thin plate, if the surface of an electrode base material is silver plating or deposition and the contact face is silver, that will do. Hereby, the superconductivity is not deteriorated and the electrode can be prevented from being deteriorated.
