Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductive circuit in which there is no sintering reaction between a ceramic layer and a superconductive layer and a temperature showing high superconductivity, by forming a metal layer between the ceramic layer and the superconductive layer as a barrier layer. CONSTITUTION:When a metal layer is provided between a superconductive layer and a ceramic substrate as a reaction preventing layer, there is provided on a surface of a superconductor a superconductive circuit plate having a temperature of Tc<onset> showing superconductivity higher than a temperature at which liquid nitrogen generating no microcrack can be used and a temperature of Tc<zero> showing perfect superconductivity and having resistance of zero. As the ceramic substrate, one or more kinds of compounds of metal oxide such as Al2O3, ZrO3, MgO and the like are used. As this superconductive material, Yb-Ba-Cu-O are used and as a metal material constituting a metal layer, one or more kind of noble metal such as Ag, Pd, Au, Pt and the like and base metal such as Ni, Cu, Cr and the like are used.
