Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the variation of the power generation output in valve test by correcting the output of a setting device by the output of a proportional integration controller into which the output deviation between a load limitter setting device and an electric power detector for a power generator driven by a steam turbine is inputted. CONSTITUTION:The deviation between the output of a load limitter setting device 7 and the output of an outlet steam pressure transmitter 5 is obtained by a subtraction calculator 8, and either the output of a PI (proportional integration) controller 9 into which the deviation is inputted or the output of a governor controller 6 is selected by a load selector 10, and applied into each valve controller 13a-13d. The valve test is carried out by perfectly closing the pertinent governor valve 4 according to the instruction signal supplied from a valve test signal generator 11. In this case, the deviation between the output of an electric power detector 14 installed onto a power generator 2 and the output of a setting device 7 is obtained by a subtraction device 15, and the deviation is proportional-integration-processed by the second PI controller 16, and the obtained value is added with the output of the setting device 7 by an adder 17 and inputted into the subtraction device 8.
