Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a load response at generation of load deviation, in a load controller for a combined cycle plant, by further providing a control loop in which a preset value of main steam pressure is temporarily shifted when load deviation is generated. CONSTITUTION:Inlet temperature of gas turbines is calculated in an arithmetic unit 24 from outlet temperature input signals 23 of plural gas turbines, while output temperature of the gas turbine is calculated in an arithmetic unit 25. Output of said arithmetic unit 25 is combined with a fuel control quantity 26 and low value priority circuit 27, limited by a load request command on the basis of a load preset value 28, to limit a fuel signal. In this case, a load deviation signal 30, obtained by an adder 31, is input to an upper-lower limit value limiter 39 to perform suitable control further correction by a controller 40. Then constitution is such that a pressure preset value can be shifted by applying a bias to an opening signal of a steam control valve 15, on the basis of a main steam pressure preset value, in an adder 37 by output 41 of said controller 40.
