Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a steam turbine from being applied an excessive thermal stress and promote a prolongation of the turbine life, by obtaining a thermal stress of the steam turbine, allowing said thermal stress not to exceed a predetermined limit value and controlling a load of the plant.
CONSTITUTION: In the combined-cycle generating plant which performs an operation of the combined use of a gas turbine 1 and a steam turbine 6, a control operation of the load is made in such a manner that a gas turbine fuel pump 3 is controlled by a load controller 15. In the load controller 15, the objective load of an objective load setter 20 is limited through a limiter 21 and input to a subtracter 22. While the sum total of a load detector 7A and 2A to 2C is processed an operation by a total adder 24 and this output is subtracted from an output of the limiter 21 by the subtracter 22. A deviation in said subtracter 22 is input to a subtracter 25 through a PI arithmetic unit 23 and the pump 3 is controlled by a deviation from the detector 2A.
