Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) タンデムライン等の連続ラインにおける鋼
板の溶接部を検出する装置において、前記鋼板の
進行方向から鋼板表面に光を投射する投光装置と
、光軸が前記投光装置の光軸と鋼板表面で一致し
ないように投光装置に対応して配設され、鋼板表
面で反射された反射光を受光して鋼板表面の板幅
方向の光度分布を検出するイメージセンサを備え
た受光装置と、この受光装置からの検出信号を予
め設定された２値化レベルにて２値化し、かつそ
の有効ビツトを計数して得られる有効ビツト数Ｎ
と予め設定された最小有効ビツト数Ｎ′との大小
関係を比較し、その結果Ｎ＞Ｎ′であることを判
定したことにより溶接部検出信号を出力する信号
処理装置とを備えて成ることを特徴とする溶接部
検出装置。 (2) 投光装置および受光装置を複数組設置し、
各々の組の装置による溶接部検出信号の論理和を
出力する論理和演算手段を備えるようにした実用
新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の溶接部検出装
置。
