Claims (1)
- プラスチツク射出成形機の金型から、成形品及
びランナの自動取出しを行なう横取出し型成形機
用取出しハンドラに於て、プラスチツク射出成形
機の金型内へハンドラ本体を移動させるためのエ
アシリンダと、成形品及びランナのハンドリング
を行なうための直進動作、成形品及びランナを金
型外へ取出した後、コンベア上に整列させるため
の本体旋回動作の二つの動作を兼ね備えた１本の
シリンダ上に、直進及び旋回用ピストンが組込ま
れているエアシリンダと、成形品及びランナをハ
ンドリングするための、バキユームパツト、又は
エアチヤツク機構を所有しているハンドラ先端部
の姿勢変更動作をロータリーアクチユエータで構
成し、直進動作二種類、旋回動作二種類の複合動
作を、三つのエアアクチユエータで行なう事を特
徴とする横取出し型成形機用取出しハンドラ。
