When recorded signals are sent to a learning circuit 109 as memory results 1013 for inputs and outputs, the timing of operational sequences and correlation are computed and learning results 1014 are sent to a judging and recording circuit 1010 and the optimum operational procedure is determined. After the learning is finished, the signal 1015 from an input interface 106 is directly transmitted to the circuit 1010.
