A timing circuit 8 suppresses generation of a shortcircuit detection signal S0 even if a shortcircuit detection signal S is inputted while a gate signal is produced. The shortcircuit detection signal S0 will be produced, when a shortcircuit detection signal is inputted while a gate signal is not produced.
