バータ出力素子数部と上記コンバータ部間に挿入されこ
のインバこタ出力素子部に流れる電流を検出する第１の
手段、この第１の手段の両端の電圧および上記リアクタ
の両端の電圧を入力してこれらの電圧があらかじめ定め
られたそれぞれ異なる所定の電圧以上になると上記イン
バータ出力素子部から出力される交流電力の出力周波数
を下げるように制御する第２の手段を備えてなるインバ
