Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit of clear indication of whether the change of state of indicated data is caused artificially or not, by adding a condition of having performed control operation to a flicker restricting condition based on individual selecting signal. CONSTITUTION:The individual selecting signal is applied to a condition adding circuit 8. A differentiation circuit 9 for differentiating a control performing signal, and a memory circuit 10 for storing the output of the differentiation circuit 10 are provided. The output of the memory circuit 10 is applied to the condition adding circuit 8, whose output is entered into a condition adding gate circuit 3. A circuit 11 is provided for detecting the state change of indicated data at the time of selection. The output of an indicated data state change detection circuit 2 and the individual selecting signal are applied to the detection circuit 11, whose output is applied to the memory circuit 10 through a negation terminal.
