Abstract

PURPOSE:To quicken the switching speed by providing a means applying a forward or reverse bias voltage to the anode of a diode so as to switch the bias voltage in less number of components at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:When a switching control signal Sc is inputted at a high level, the output of a TTL inverter A is zero in the TTL level. Since the cathode of an RF switch diode 2 is nearly 0(V), a forward current is supplied to the anode of the diode 2 from a VF power supply and the diode 2 is conductive. With the signal SC given at a low level, the output of the inverter A is '1' at the TTL level. In this case, since a voltage difference between nearly 5(V) corresponding to the TTL level 1 and a voltage VF impressed from a VF power supply is impressed to the diode 2, a reverse bias voltage is applied and the diode 2 is nonconductive. Thus, the bias voltage impressed to the diode 2 is switched at a high speed with less number of components to quicken the switching.
