An air chamber 10 communicated to the discharge pipe 5 via an orifice 10a is provided at the top section of the discharge pipe 5, the exhaust pipe 8 is connected to the upper section of this air chamber 10 via an exhaust pipe inlet 10b, thereby the quick rise of the pressure in the pump is mitigated at the time of the exhaust completion.
