Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable intermittent and powerful lifting of liquid in a pipe by sending air into a compressed air raising case until compressed air in said case is raised up to a volume of predetermined pressure and causing the compressed air to be automatically discharged from said case into a water lifting pipe. CONSTITUTION:When air a is sent into a raising chamber c from an air discharging port 4 through operation of an air pump 3, the water level in the raising chamber c and an almost vertical pipe 6a gradually lowers from the original uppermost limit L against water pressure of liquid b until it reaches a position of the lowest pipe 6d of a communicating pipe 6, that is, the lowermost water level L1 enabling the compressed air a1, which has been increased and raised, to move from the raising chamber c into the water lifting pipe 5. Then the compressed air a1, under the influence of water pressure of the liquid b, automatically passes through the communicating pipe 6 and jets powerfully from an air outlet 6c into a pipe 5b. The liquid b in the water lifting pipe 5 is pumped up intermittently and powerfully by means of the compressed air a1 put under said water pressure.
