Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the twist of optical fiber and to improve the transmitting performance and reliability by detecting the twist angle of optical fiber drawn down from a drawing furnace and providing the means rotating the optical fiber to the direction reverse to the twisted direction by the same angle as the twisted angle. CONSTITUTION:A perform 12 supported with chuck 2 is sent into the drawing furnace 1 in which fiber-drawing is carried out, and the optical fiber is drawn down.
