Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit uniform taking-up of a package with a high speed by driving a plurality of spindles in parallel arrangement by each independent induction motor and connecting the motor driving parts each other by a positive transmission means.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of spindles 4A arranged in parallel are driven by each independent induction motor 2A, and each induction motor 2A is connected each other by a gear 5 and a timing belt 6 which constitute a positive transmission means. A tension detector 12 is installed for one of a plurality of yarns Y, and the detection signal is input into the induction motors 2A of all the units through a control device 13 and an inverter 14, and the revolution speed is controlled. Thus, scattering of the revolution speed between each motor 2A can be dissolved.
