Abstract

PURPOSE:To generate a strong magnetic field at a relatively high temperature by spirally forming an oxide superconductor at least on one surfaces of a plurality of laminated substrates, and so connecting the adjacent superconductors as to feed currents in the same direction to form a conductor coil. CONSTITUTION:Oxide superconductors dispersed in a solvent are blown from a nozzle while ceramic substrates 1 are rotated, coating to form oxide superconductors 2, an insulator is blown from other nozzle to protect an insulator. Holes 1A are formed at the substrates 1 corresponding to the connecting positions 2A of the inner and outer peripheral ends of the superconductors 2, and the interiors of the holes 1A are coated or filled with the superconductors. The superconductors of the connecting positions are formed to be slightly higher than the rear surface on the rear surface, and the front surfaces of the superconductors are exposed without providing insulating layers 3. When the substrates manufactured in this manner are laminated, a conductor coil in which spiral oxide superconductors of adjacent layers are sequentially connected is formed.
