Abstract

PURPOSE:To recover the total load through a recovery turbine by delaying an output signal from a top gas pressure regulator by transmission delay of a control system by a primary delay computing element, synchronizing the delay signal with a governor output signal and preventing a septum valve from being opened by a transmission delay of the control system. CONSTITUTION:The deviation of a set value SV of the top gas pressure from a top gas pressure PV is inputted into the governor 12 as an output signal MV. Then, an output signal E1 of the governor 12 is transmitted to a driving circuit 15 through an A/V converter 14 to switch and control the governor valve 4. On one hand, the signal MV out of the top gas pressure regulator 10 is transmitted by the primary delay computing element 18 to an computing element 17 as a delay signal E2, signals E2 and E1 are subtracted, the septum valve 6 switched and controlled by the subtraction signal E0 through a comparative setter 19. Accordingly the subtraction output of said signal becomes zero, the valve 6 is closed and the loss by the bypath can be avoided as regards the quantity of the passing gas.
