Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce energy loss by automatically reducing an insensitive band width when the difference between an instructed value and a real value exceeds the insensitive band of an insensitive band circuit, returning it to an ordinary value when the difference is reduced and inputting it to a governor, thereby setting the insensitive band to an adequate value. CONSTITUTION:The set value VS of an instructing value setter 1 is compared by an adder 2 with a real value V0, is applied through an insensitive band compensator 10 to an insensitive band circuit 3, and is then inputted to a controller 4, thereby regulating a steam control valve 6 through a governor 5. Accordingly, a turbine 7 is controlled in a direction for absorbing the deviation VE by the output of a generator 8 coupled directly to the turbine 7. A setter 3-1 of the circuit 3 sets a positive polarity direction set value VDU. A setter 3-2 sets a negative polarity direction set value VDL. A comparator 10-1 of a circuit 10 operates when the deviation VE is larger than the value VDU, and is reset when the deviation becomes zero. A comparator 10-2 similarly operates to the set value VDL, and contacts 10-1a, 10-2a respectively closes when the comparators 10-1, 10-2 operate, and the outputs are applied to an adder 10-3.
