アタイヤ搭載装置の一例をそれが適用された車両
組立ラインの一部とともに示す平面図及び側面図
、第3図は第1図及び第2図に示される例におけ
る制御系を示すブロツク図である。 図中、10はトロリーコンベア、12はハンガ
ー、14は車体、15はトランクルーム、18は
スペアタイヤ格納部、20はスペアタイヤ供給装
置、30はタイヤ搭載用ロボツト、32はアーム
、35はチヤツク機構、40は車体搬送速度検出
装置、41は同期伴走部、45A及び45Bは係
合アーム、51及び52は光電スイツチ、57は
速度センサ、60はスペアタイヤ、70は台車、
72はレール、75はロボツト移送用シリンダ、
100はコントロールユニツト、200はロボツ
トコントローラである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体搬送手段に備えられた搬送治具に支持され
    て連続的に搬送される車体における所定位置にス
    ペアタイヤを搭載すべく予め定められた動作態様
    に従つて作動するロボツトと、上記搬送治具に係
    合して該搬送治具に伴つて移動する同期伴走部を
    有し、該同期伴走部の移動速度に基づいて上記車
    体の搬送速度を検出する車体搬送速度検出手段と
    、該車体搬送速度検出手段により検出される上記
    搬送速度に従つて上記ロボツトを上記車体の搬送
    方向に沿つて移動させるロボツト移送手段と、を
    具備して構成されるスペアタイヤ搭載装置。
