Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 原稿トレイの給紙部に続いて、原稿搬送路
    の途中に設けられる原稿サイズ検知手段、 前記原稿サイズ検知手段により検知された信号
    によつて、原稿の縦、横送りを判断する手段、 指定された用紙サイズと、前記原稿のサイズと
    を比較する比較手段、 前記比較手段の出力により原稿送りを制御する
    制御手段とから構成される制御装置を有し、 給紙部にセツトされた原稿のサイズを、該原稿
    がプラテン上にセツトされる以前の段階で、選定
    された用紙のサイズとの比較を行うとともに、 原稿搬送路の途中に、該原稿を搬送路外に排出
    出来るようにする原稿取出し口を設け、原稿と用
    紙のサイズが一致しない場合に、前記原稿取出し
    口から排出出来るように構成したことを特徴とす
    る自動原稿送り装置における縦横違い検知装置。 (2) 原稿搬送路の途中に設けられる原稿サイズ
    検知手段として、原稿のレジストレーシヨン線に
    沿つて設けられるセンサーと、Ａ４サイズとＢ５
    サイズの原稿の縦送りの場合の違いを検知出来る
    ような位置に設けたセンサーとから構成されるこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の自動原稿送り装置における縦横違い検知装置
    。 (3) 用紙サイズと一致しない原稿を排出するた
    めに、原稿搬送路の途中に設けられる原稿取出し
    口は、位置を修正した原稿を挿入することが出来
    るように構成されたことを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動原稿送り装置にお
    ける縦横違い検知装置。
