【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は新規な局所適用薬剤に関する。
局所に適用される薬用物質は多数知られている。この有
効物質の最も多い適用形態は、軟膏、散剤又は噴霧剤で
ある。これらはガーゼ（例えばアクチヘミルー創傷ガー
ゼ、ロープ・リスプ１９８５）又は膏剤（例えばデポニ
ート・ロープ・リスプ１９８５）に加入加工することが
できる。この形の有効物質は局所的に（創傷処置の場合
）又は全身的に（有効物質が皮膚から吸収される場合）
作用する。しかしこのガーゼ又は膏剤は、加入加工され
た有効物質の利用性が悪いことが欠点である。本発明は
、有効物質の利用率を高めることを目的とする製剤であ
る。

アルブミンとしては任意のアルブミン、例えば卵アルブ
ミン、牛乳アルブミン又は大豆からのアルブミンが用い
られる。人の治療のためには特にヒトアルブミン（’

感作作用を示さないからである。

る点で優れている。このためには皮膚からの水分が必要

れる。有効物質支持体は、分泌物吸収又は閉鎖の作用を
有する。
