たガラス層を形成し、かつ前記電極に一部が重な
るようにガラス上に強磁性薄膜抵抗部を形成する
と共に、強磁性薄膜抵抗部と前記電極の一部を保
護膜層で覆い、前記電極にメツキ膜を形成したチ
ツプ状強磁性薄膜抵抗素子。 An electrode is formed on the surface of a heat-resistant insulating substrate, a glass layer printed and fired is formed so as to partially overlap the electrode, and a ferromagnetic thin film resistor is formed on the glass so as to partially overlap the electrode.
