内周面の軸心位置を特定すると共に、前記外周面
検出器の検出結果に基づき被検査物外周面の軸心
位置を特定し、特定された内周面の軸心位置に対
する外周面の軸心位置の偏差を演算する手段と、 を具備する円筒物の測定装置。
