Claims (1)
- 計測対象の変位を連続的に信号出力する変位検
出器を有しかつ工作機械の主軸に着脱可能な取付
部を有する計測プローブと、前記変位検出器から
の出力信号を受けて所定の計測処理を行う信号処
理手段とを有することを特徴とする機械工作物の
計測装置。
