Claims (1)
- 切欠角度９０°対称溝が上面部に形成され、こ
の溝内に円筒状のワークを挾持するワーク置台と
、上記溝の底部より上記ワークの外周面までの最
短距離を測定するために上記溝の底部に設置され
た距離センサーと、この距離センサーの測定値に
基づいて上記ワークの直径を算出する直径演算手
段と、上記距離並びに直径に基づいて上記ワーク
の中心位置を測定する中心位置演算手段とよりな
る円筒状物体の中心位置測定装置。
