- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ＩＣチツプを搭載した基板、及びその基板に
形成され前記ＩＣチツプと接続された端子部を有
し、前記ＩＣチツプが樹脂部材で樹脂封止された
ＩＣモジユールと、前記基板及び樹脂部材と同系
統の着色が施され前記ＩＣモジユールを埋設する
カード本体とを備えたＩＣカードにおいて、 前記基板における端子部の形成箇所に、その端
子部と識別可能な着色を施し、かつその着色部分
の外部への透過を前記基板及び樹脂部材で遮蔽し
たことを特徴とするＩＣカード。 ２ 前記端子部の形成箇所を黒色に、前記基板、
樹脂部材及びカード本体を白色にそれぞれ着色し
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のＩＣカー
ド。
