- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 容器と、 反応ガス，トラツプ洗浄用ガス又はトラツプ洗
浄用液体を導入口を通じて前記容器内部に導入す
る手段と、 前記反応ガス，前記トラツプ洗浄用ガス又は前
記トラツプ洗浄用液体を前記容器から排出する手
段とを有し、 前記容器の内部の前記導入口の周囲に金属メツ
シユで構成されたフイルタを備えていることを特
徴とするガス吸着装置。
