、１５，１６はローラ、１７，２３は駆動軸、１
８，２５は従動軸、１９は搬送チエーン、２０は
保持爪、２１Ａ，２１Ｂは駆動スプロケツト、２
２Ａ，２２Ｂは従動スプロケツト、２６はガイド
片、２７は駆動装置、３１，３２はねじ桿、３３
，３４はスプロケツト、３５はローラチエーン、
３６はハンドルである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. チツプ部品を配設したプリント基板にあらかじ
    め塗布するはんだペーストを融解点以上に加熱し
    て前記はんだペーストを融解する熱源を発生する
    加熱器と、前記融解されたはんだペーストを冷却
    して前記チツプ部品を前記プリント基板に固着す
    る冷却器とからなるはんだ付け装置において、前
    記プリント基板を載置して搬送するベルトコンベ
    アと、このベルトコンベアの走行方向と平行で、
    かつ前記ベルトコンベアの上方で両側の部分が平
    行して走行する一対の搬送チエーンと、この搬送
    チエーンに前記プリント基板を保持する保持爪と
    を備えたことを特徴とするはんだ付け装置。
