ンテナ構造図、第４図は洗浄工程の説明図、第５
図は飲料供給装置の通常使用状態を示す配管系統
図、第６図は飲料供給弁の内部構造を示す部分断
面側面図である。 各図において、２：カーボネータ、２１：封栓
、２２：洗浄液注入口、３：シロツプタンク、４
：炭酸ガスボンベ、５：飲料供給弁、５２：炭酸
水通路、５３：シロツプ通路、５９：盲蓋、６：
給水ライン、６２：給水ポンプ、６３，６６：給
水弁、７：炭酸水ライン、８：シロツプライン、
９：炭酸ガスライン、１２：洗浄スイツチ。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 飲料供給弁にカーボネータ、シロツプタン
クよりそれぞれ引出した炭酸水ライン、およびシ
ロツプラインを配管接続し、該飲料供給弁の内部
で炭酸水とシロツプとを合流させた上でその飲料
吐出口より飲料カツプへ炭酸飲料を吐出し供給す
るようにした炭酸飲料供給装置において、系内飲
料回路の洗浄の際に前記飲料供給弁の飲料吐出口
に装着して該吐出口を閉塞する着脱可能な盲蓋、
およびカーボネータに通じる給水ラインに介挿し
た給水ポンプ、給水弁を強制的に停止、閉弁させ
る制御手段とを備え、洗浄時にカーボネータに注
入した洗浄液を炭酸ガス加圧により炭酸水ライン
、飲料供給弁を経てシロツプラインへ直列に流し
てこれらを洗浄するようにしたことを特徴とする
炭酸飲料供給装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の炭酸
飲料供給装置において、制御手段が運転制御回路
内の給水ポンプ、給水弁回路に介挿した洗浄スイ
ツチであることを特徴とする炭酸飲料供給装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の炭酸
飲料供給装置において、カーボネータがそのコン
テナに封栓付きの洗浄液注入口を備えていること
を特徴とする炭酸飲料供給装置。
