Claims (1)
- 光が入射される第1の平面と、該第1の平面と
平行な、該第1の平面からの該光を出射する第2
の平面と、該第1の平面を透過した該光を該第2
の平面に向けて反射する、該第2の平面より出射
される該光のコマ収差が略零となるように、該第
1の平面と該第2の平面に対して傾斜する第3の
平面とを備えることを特徴とする非点収差発生装
置。
