る。 １０…本体、１６，２０…ピストン、２６…速
度切換用ピストン、２８…スプール、５０…供給
源、５２，６０…電磁切換弁、６４…可変絞り弁
、７０…電磁切換弁、７２…可変絞り弁、８４…
アクチユエータ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 弁本体内部に配設されたスプールを圧力流
    体の流路を切り換えることにより変位させてアク
    チユエータの駆動制御を行う方向切換制御弁にお
    いて、前記弁体の内部で摺動変位して始動時に前
    進方向に高速で変位する第１の弁体と、前記第１
    弁体と係合して前記第１弁体により所定距離押圧
    変位される第２の弁体と、前記第２弁体が所定位
    置に到達して前記第１弁体から離脱する際この第
    ２弁体を収装する弁室から導出される圧力流体の
    通流制御を行う流量制御弁と、前記第１弁体に対
    して圧力流体を供給遮断する切換弁とを含み、前
    記切換弁の切換動作下に第１弁体に圧力流体を供
    給することにより第２弁体を押圧して所定の速度
    で第２弁体を変位させてスプールを移動せしめて
    アクチユエータへのポートを開成し、次いで、第
    ２弁体を第１弁体から離脱させ且つ流量制御弁の
    絞り作用下に前記所定の速度よりも遅い速度で変
    位させて前記アクチユエータに対するポートの開
    成を拡大することにより当該アクチユエータの駆
    動制御を行うことを特徴とする方向切換制御弁。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の方向
    切換制御弁において、第１弁体は同軸的に配設さ
    れたスプール後退用ピストンに摺動自在に嵌合し
    、前記第１弁体はその前進方向への変位を規制す
    るストツパ部材を有してなる方向切換制御弁。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の方向
    切換制御弁において、第２弁体はスプール後退用
    ピストンの内部に画成された室内に進退自在に構
    成されてなる方向切換制御弁。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項
    のいずれかに記載の方向切換制御弁において、弁
    本体の一方の端部にスプールの所定以上の変位を
    規制するためのストツパを設けてなる方向切換制
    御弁。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の方向
    切換制御弁において、ストツパにより規制される
    スプールを後退方向に変位させるための弾性体を
    設けてなる方向切換制御弁。
