Claims (1)
- 処理槽の相対向する側面に被処理板を水平状態
で通過させる取入口と取出口が形成され、この取
入口と取出口との間の処理槽内に、取入口と取出
口とを結ぶ被処理板の移動空間の上下に位置して
被処理板を搬送する多数の搬送ロールが設けられ
るとともに、前記移動空間に沿つて被処理板の長
さよりも小さな間隔をあけて第１電極と第２電極
が移動空間と離間して複数配置される一方、前記
第１電極と第２電極のうち、少なくとも一方が処
理液を被処理板に噴出する噴出ノズルと一体化さ
れてなることを特徴とする表面処理装置。
