周速度と左右一対の後車輪２ａ，２ｂの平均周速
度とを同一あるいはほぼ同一にする第１四輪駆動
状態、前記前車輪１ａ，１ｂに対する伝動を断つ
二輪駆動状態、一対の前記前車輪１ａ，１ｂの平
均周速度を一対の前記後車輪２ａ，２ｂの平均周
速度より大にする第２四輪駆動状態の夫々に１つ
のシフター２６によつて前記二輪駆動状態を挾ん
で切換え自在な変速装置１５を、前記第１四輪駆
動状態に付勢された状態でミツシヨンケース１４
に内装し、前記前車輪１ａ，１ｂの操向角が設定
値未満にあると前記変速装置１５が前記第１四輪
駆動状態にあり、かつ、前記前車輪１ａ，１ｂが
前記設定値以上に操向されると前記変速装置１５
が前記第２四輪駆動状態に自動的に切換えられる
ように、前記前車輪１ａ，１ｂとこれの操向操作
用ハンドル５の連動部材１１に前記シフター２６
を連動させた連動機構４３を設け、この連動機構
４３を構成する連動具３１を、この連動具３１よ
り前記シフター２６の側に位置すると共に前記ミ
ツシヨンケース１４に貫設された第１回転連動具
３４と一体回転するように、かつ、前記連動具３
