る出力ロータを一体的に備える出力軸と、前記ケ
ーシングに前記両軸の軸線方向に沿つて移動可能
に組付けられまた前記両軸にそれぞれ軸線方向へ
移動不能かつ回転自在に係合して前記両軸を一体
的に軸線方向へ移動するシフト機構を備えてなる
