Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （イ）産業上の利用分野 本発明は、自動車用スパイクタイヤのピン頭部に削り止
め用の板を設けることによって、消雷走行時、アスファ
ルト等舗装路面を削らないようにしたスパイクピンに関
するものである。
（ロ）発明が解決しようとする問題点 従来、自動車スパイクタイヤのビンは、消雷走行時、ア
スファルト等舗装路面を削って粉塵と騒音を発生する欠
点があり、重大な公害問題に発展して、目下解決策を急
がれている現状である。
（ハ）問題を解決するための手段 本発明の目的は、前記スパイクタイヤピンの欠点を除き
、安全住大、利便性大、効果確実、コストが安いなどの
特徴を待つ自動車用スパイクピンを提供するものである
。
本発明のスパイクピンの構造及び使用方法について説明
する。
ビンＨｆａ２に削り止め板１を形成したスパイクピン３
を、スノータイヤ６に覆設して使用する。
この時、削り止め板１の向きを進行方向にそろえ固定用
ピン５をもって固定し、消雷走行時、アスファルト等道
路舗装材８を削らないようにする。
（ニ）作用 積雪走行時、ピン頭部２の削り止め板１は、接地圧によ
る融解熱によって陥没し、ピン頭部２が穴をうがってグ
リップ力を得る。消雷走行時、削り止め板１は、アスフ
ァルト等道路舗装材８に対して、接地圧による融解熱の
発生がないから陥没せず、ピン頭部２は直接、路面９に
接触しないので、ピン頭部２がアスファルト等道路舗装
材８を削ることがない。
（ホ）効果 以上により、粉塵の発生防止及びＲ音の軽減に効果があ
る。
