Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は、ゲームカードなどに用いられるＩＯカード
などの半導体装置カードに関シ、特ニバッケージの複数
の枠体の結合の改良にかかわる。
〔従来の技術〕
例えば、テレビゲーム用ソフトを内蔵したゲームカード
やマイコン用メモリカードなどに用いられる。従来の半
導体装置カードは、第５図及び第６図に斜視図及び正面
断面図で示すようになっていたＯｌは半導体装置カード
（以下「カード」と称する）で、半導体装置を収納した
パッケージ２の前部にコネクタ５が結合されている。こ
のコネクタ５にはめす形の多数のｍ極端子６が配設され
ている。パッケージ２は上部枠体３と下部枠体４とが、
双方の周縁の平面をなす接合面で接着剤により接合され
てなる。これらの枠体３．４は１合成樹脂材など絶縁材
からなる□ 下部枠体４を第７図に平面図で示し、内部に凹部が形成
され、周縁に平面の接合面４ａが形成されている。上部
枠体３も同様に内部に凹部が形成され、周縁忙平面の接
合面が形成されである。
上記カードｌは、カードリーダ側のコネクタ（図示は略
す）に挿入され、各電極端子６が相手のコネクタの各ｔ
ｉビン（図示は略す）にはめ合わされて接触し電気接続
される。
〔発明が解決しようとする間咀点〕
上記のような従来の半導体装置カードでは、パッケージ
２は上部枠体３と下部枠体４とが、双方の平面状の接合
面で接合される際、粘性の接着剤がパッケージの外周に
はみ出し外観を損ない、さらには１手直しを要するとい
う問題点があった。
この発明はこのような問題点を解決するためになされた
もので、パッケージの複数の枠体の接着に際し、接着剤
が双方の接合面から外周にはみ出すことを防止し、外観
不良をなくした半導体装置カードを得ることを目的とし
ている。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
この発明にかかる半導体装置カードは、パッケージを構
成する複数の枠体の対応する双方の接合面のうち、少な
くとも一方の面に接着剤の逃がし溝を設けたものである
。
〔作用〕
この発明においては、各枠体の接合面に塗布された接着
剤が、接着に際し双方の枠体が押圧されると、その余分
が逃がし溝に逃がされ、パッケージの外周にはみ出すこ
とがなくされる。
〔実施例〕
第１図及び第２図はこの発明による半導体装置カードの
、一実施例を示す斜視図及び正面断面図である。１１は
カードで、半導体装置を収納したパッケージ１２の前部
にコネクタ５が結合されてなる。
パッケージ１２は上部枠体１３と下部枠体１４とが、双
方の接合面で接着剤により接合されてなる。
これらの枠体１３．１４は１合成樹脂材など絶縁材から
なる◎しかし、下部枠体１４の接合面には接着剤の逃が
し９１４ａが設けられ、上部枠体１３にはこの逃がし＃
１１４＆に対応し接着剤の逃がし溝１３ａが設けられて
いる。
上記下部枠体１４を８ｇ３図に平面図で示す。下部枠体
１４の内部に凹部が形成さｆ′Ｌ１周縁の接合面には逃
がし溝１４ａが設けられている。上部枠体１３も同様に
内部に凹部が形成され１周縁の接合面には逃がし溝１３
ａが設けられてある。
このように、上部枠体１３の逃がしｇ１３ａと下部枠体
１４の逃がし溝１４ａとにより、接着に際し接合面に塗
布された接着剤のうち、余分が逃がし溝１３ａ、１４ａ
に逃がされ、外周にはみ出すことはなくなる。
第４図はこの発明の他の実施例を示し、下部枠体１４の
接合面には逃がし溝１４ｂが断続して設けられている。
上部枠体１３もこの逃がし溝１４ｔ）に対応し逃がし溝
が断続して設けられている。
なお、上記実施例では逃がし溝１３ａ、１４ａ、１４ｂ
は接合面の幅方向に対し１条設けたが１間隔を広げた２
条を設けてもよい。
また、上記実施例では双方の枠体１３．１４に逃がし溝
を設けたが、一方の接合面のみに設けてもよいＯ さらに、上記実施例では、パッケージ１２にコネクタ５
を結合したが、これに限らず２例えば、パッケージ１２
０表面前端側に多数の電極端子を設けたものであっても
よい〇 また、上記実施例では、パッケージ１２は上部枠体１３
と下部枠体１４とで２層に重ねて形成したが。
これに限らず、上部枠体と中間枠体及び下部枠体とで３
ＮＩに重ねて形成する場合にも適用できるものである。
〔発明の効果〕
以上のように、この発明によれば、上下に重ねられ接着
結合される双方の枠体の接合面のうち。
少なくとも一方の面に接着剤の逃がし溝を設けたので、
双方の枠体の接合に際し、接着剤のパッケージ外周への
はみ出しがなくされ、外観不良がなくなる。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数の枠体がそれぞれ周縁の接合面で接着結合さ
    れて一体のパツケージを形成し、このパツケージ内に半
    導体装置を収納しており、前端部に多数の電極端子が配
    設された半導体装置カードにおいて、上記重ねられた双
    方の枠体の接合面のうち、少なくとも一方の面に周縁に
    沿い接着剤の逃がし溝を設けたことを特徴とする半導体
    装置カード。
  2. （２）逃がし溝は連続して設けられてある特許請求の範
    囲第１項記載の半導体装置カード。
  3. （３）逃がし溝は断続して設けられてある特許請求の範
    囲第１項記載の半導体装置カード。
