Claims (1)
- 複数のチヤツク爪で被加工物を把持するものに
おいて、前記チヤツク爪にそれぞれ個別に設けら
れ上記被加工物に対する把持力を検出する検出セ
ンサと、これら検出センサによつて検出される把
持力が一定になるように上記各チヤツク爪の動作
量を制御する制御部とを具備してなることを特徴
とするチヤツク装置。
