    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. しようが、わさび等の香辛料、ほうれん草等の
    野菜類、果実、山菜あるいは海産物さらには魚肉
    類等の各種食品類を対象とし、スチーム加熱され
    た一対の圧搾ドラム間で乾燥、圧搾され、適宜の
    含水率を有する薄片状としたことを特徴とする薄
    片状乾燥食品。
