Conventionally, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, three levels of parking spaces are formed in the above-ground part 1a of a building 1 and two levels are formed in the underground pit part 1b, and an entrance/exit 2 is provided in front of the above-ground first level parking space. Palette 3 of upper, middle, and lower tiers
4 and 5 are integrally connected and raised and lowered as appropriate by the lifting device 6, the desired pallet is placed at the entrance 2, and the vehicle W is entered and exited. There was a three-level parking facility that served as an evacuation space for other pallets.

By the way, in the case of mechanical parking equipment that requires a person to enter the parking equipment and get onto the vehicle mounting cage or pallet when entering and exiting the parking lot, the distance between pallets at the entrance and exit (from the top surface of the pallet to the bottom surface of the pallet directly above it) The distance (distance) is stipulated by law to be 1.8 m or more so that a tall person M can enter and exit the desired pallet without bending down. However, based on this regulation, in the aforementioned three-tier parking facility, the spacing between upper, middle, and lower pallets 3, 4, and 5 is fixedly set at 1.8 m.

However, if the target is a regular passenger car, it is known that a pallet spacing of about 1.6 m is sufficient for accommodating the vehicle. Taking this into account, fixing the interval between each pallet to 1.8 m as described above would result in the height of the above-ground part 1a and the depth of the underground pit part 1b becoming larger than necessary, especially in cities with high land prices. In some areas, equipment costs are relatively high, and if parking equipment is to be incorporated into an existing building, it may not be possible to install it because the height above ground or underground depth is insufficient.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, this invention provides an entry/exit entrance into the parking space in the third level from the bottom of the five-level parking space, which has three levels above ground and two levels underground, and three levels (upper, middle, and lower) that can be raised and lowered using an appropriate lifting device. In a vehicle equipped with a pallet for mounting on a vehicle, one of the upper, middle, and lower pallets is suspended by a lifting chain linked to the lifting device, and each pallet is placed between a guide roller provided on the side and a parking space. The movement of the vehicle in at least the forward and backward directions is restricted by engagement with the upright guide rail, and between each pallet there is a collar provided on the pivot shafts at both ends of a pair of links located at the front and rear of both sides. The wheels are fitted into horizontal long holes cut into the side of the pallet so that they can be moved back and forth, and driven rollers coaxial with the flanged wheels are installed upright in the front and rear sides of the pallet so as to be bent in opposite directions. Fitted with a pair of curved guide rails, the curved guide rails become vertical in the third parking space from the bottom and gradually narrow toward the second parking space from the bottom and the fourth parking space from the bottom. Continuously, the link extends in a gradually expanding manner from the bottom to the first parking space, and as the pallet is guided by the guide rail when the pallet is raised or lowered, the link becomes upright or tilted to change the pallet spacing. This relates to a three-tiered parking facility that is characterized by a space that allows vehicles to enter and exit at the entry/exit location, but can be shortened to a space that allows vehicles to be accommodated in other parking spaces. The purpose is to reduce the storage space by changing the vertical spacing of pallets over time.

When using, first the lower pallet 21 is placed on the ground floor 1.
2, the driven rollers 41a, 41b, 40a, 40b are stopped flush with each other.
At the stop positions P3 and P4, respectively, the curved guide rails 42a and 42b are engaged with the wide-space S2 portion, and the links 38a and 38b are vertical, so the spacing between the middle and lower pallets is the same as the loading/unloading interval. It extends to the possible interval L 2 . Therefore, loading and unloading to and from the lower pallet 21 is possible. Also, in this state, the driven rollers 39a and 39b are connected to the curved guide rails 42a and 42 at the stop position P5.

When loading and unloading the middle pallet 20, the upper, middle, and lower pallets 19, 20, and 21 are lowered together by the pallet lowering operation of the lifting device 26, and during this time, the link mechanisms 29 and 30 are gradually tilted. and performs an upright extension action. When the middle pallet 20 stops flush with the ground floor 12, the driven rollers 39a, 39b, 40a, 4
0b reaches the wide interval S2 portion of the stop positions P4 and P3, and the links 37a and 37b become vertical, so
The interval between the upper and middle pallets 19 and 20 is widened to a space L2 that allows loading and unloading, and it becomes possible to load and unload the middle pallet 20 (see FIG. 4). In this state, the driven rollers 41a and 41b are at the stop position P2.
Since the narrow spacing S1 has reached the narrow spacing S1, the spacing between the middle and lower pallets 20 and 21 is the spacing that can accommodate vehicles.
It has shrunk to L 1 .

The upper, middle, and lower pallets 19, 20, and 21 are maintained in a state where the interval between each pallet is reduced to the vehicle accommodating interval L1 , and the depth D (=
2L 1 +3d), the lower pallet 21 has just landed on the pit floor 11a.

As detailed above, when using the three-level parking equipment of the present invention, the desired pallet located at the entrance and exit is moved by the mutual cooperation of the lifting device, the vertical guide rail and guide rollers, the link mechanism and the curved guide rail, etc. Although the spacing between the pallets above it has expanded to the space that allows for entry and exit, the spacing between each pallet in other parking spaces has been reduced to the minimum space required to accommodate vehicles. Because of this, the height inside the building can be lowered and the depth of the underground pit shallower than in conventional equipment, and special external power is not required to change the pallet spacing.
This makes it possible to significantly reduce the cost of the entire parking facility.
